Michel Gondry’s “Be Kind Rewind” was really cool. Definitely worth seeing in theatres. It has a bit of tribute to filmmaking, movie-watching, storytelling, creativity and the artist’s process. plus it’s pretty funny. 3/4 stars. Vantage Point wasn’t brilliant, but it was an interesting story. There is a crucial climax scene that saves the movie from being a complete waste of time. I liked it for it’s entertainment value and small message. 2.5/4 stars.
