LOVE STORY (Taylor Swift) meets VIVA LA VIDA (Coldplay) – Piano Cello – by Jon Schmidt
um, awesome. beautiful. makes me forget that I don’t like Coldplay because of their smug agnosticism. What? That makes no sense. Some of their music is pretty cool though. As for Taylor Swift, I don’t think I’ve heard her music. I saw her on The Tonight Show talking about her “lucky number 13″. And there are 13 words in this last sentence. Creeeeepy.
John Schmidt and Steven Sharp Nelson perform a nice mash-up of Taylor Swift’s “Love Story” and Coldplay’s “Viva La Vida”.

Hi…Jon Schmidt here. This arrangement is dedicated to Sarah, my 7 year old daughter who loves the song Love Story by Taylor Swift. Because of a common rhythm element between the tunes, I decided I could mish/mash the two. My great friend Steven Sharp Nelson (cello percussion) really makes this tune. My niece loves Love Story too. It’s so cute when she does her little performances (although I admit that I personally don’t care for the song at all)!
