Okay, so I admit, I don’t watch Fox’s “On the Lot” very often, but I have been following one filmmaker, Shalini Kantayya. I like her films because she always tries to place a positive, inspiring and/or social message in her films. Although I think her directing style is a bit hokey at times, I really hope she wins because she is just another “I wanna be a movie-maker”. It looks like she’ll try to have a positive influence on Hollywood.
